More Happiness at Work During 2009

Remember how special you are. Use the following tips to say “No thank you” to unnecessary stress.
When you’re surrounded by stressed-out people, reconnect with your inner source of strength and balance by breathing deeply. Emphasize exhalations. Make the sound “ahhhh,” even if you do so very softly.
If you feel disappointed, drop your images of how life, especially life at work, “should be.” You’ll quickly discover the perfection in imperfection. clavamox 375 mg Every event in our lives is a new opportunity to learn and grow.
Take advantage of whatever vacation time you have without feeling guilty. (You may know that most people take far fewer holidays than they are entitled to.) When you love yourself enough to truly disengage, you return to work with a new level of productivity and enthusiasm.
Enjoy a long winter’s nap when you can. Sleep will recharge you and boost your immunity. Walk outside periodically to take advantage of the mood-enhancing benefits of natural light.
